First it’s a box of chocolates from La Maison du Chocolat (twice), and now this!
I was skimming through our local grocery store, and what did I chance upon but a 6€ cd of Jacques Brel! And since we already have a cd of Jacques Brel, I thought of you! Oh yes I did.
Now you know you want it. Given the picture of the 78 on the cover (that’s a record to be used on a record player for all you young twerps), I cannot be sure that it won’t be accompanied by some fuzzy sounds just as if it were the real thing (a real record, that is). But that only adds to its charm!
I mean, it’s French, after all.

And I forgot to mention when I originally posted this that I’ll pull the name of the winner this Saturday morning. Goodness! That’s only two days away and there are already so many hopefuls!
On another note, guess who started school today?
I have some freeeeedom on the horizon – freedom from 8:30 to 4:30 every day except Wednesday while they all attend school. Well, Petit Prince is only going half days for now until he stops peeing his pants. But freedom … eventually.
So that I can be refreshed and patient and ready to give my whole heart in the time we spend together after school.
