Ingredients
  • Turkey leg
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Dijon mustard
  • herbes de provence
  • 2T soy sauce
  • 2T honey
  • 1T olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350° F
  2. Insert slivers of garlic into the meat at intervals.
  3. Salt, pepper the meat and add mustard and herbs.
  4. Mix the marinade and pour it over the turkey.
  5. Add some water - about a cup, although not necessarily all at once.
  6. Roast at least an hour and continue to ladle sauce over the meat.
  7. Slice and serve hot.
