- Turkey leg
- 2 cloves garlic
- Dijon mustard
- herbes de provence
- 2T soy sauce
- 2T honey
- 1T olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350° F
- Insert slivers of garlic into the meat at intervals.
- Salt, pepper the meat and add mustard and herbs.
- Mix the marinade and pour it over the turkey.
- Add some water - about a cup, although not necessarily all at once.
- Roast at least an hour and continue to ladle sauce over the meat.
- Slice and serve hot.
