Ingredients
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 120 g butter (just over 4 oz)
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 T flour - GF or regular
  • 6 t Nutella
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 375°F.
  2. Butter 6 ramekins and cut a wax paper circle to fit in the bottom.
  3. Melt butter and chocolate in double broiler.
  4. Whisk eggs and sugar.
  5. Add melted chocolate mix.
  6. Add flour and stir together.
  7. Pour into ramekins and add a teaspoon of Nutella in the centre of each.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes exactly.
