Gluten-Free Chocolate Fondant

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 120 g butter (just over 4 oz)
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 T flour - GF or regular
- 6 t Nutella
- Preheat the oven to 180°C or 375°F.
- Butter 6 ramekins and cut a wax paper circle to fit in the bottom.
- Melt butter and chocolate in double broiler.
- Whisk eggs and sugar.
- Add melted chocolate mix.
- Add flour and stir together.
- Pour into ramekins and add a teaspoon of Nutella in the centre of each.
- Bake for 10 minutes exactly.
