  • 10 mozzarella balls per plate
  • 200 grams smoked salmon, divided
  • An avocado divided
  • Dressing:
  • Heaping tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Smaller T balsamic vinegar
  • 4T oil - olive and canola blend
