Konjac Pasta with Olive-Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  • 400 g konjac pasta
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1.5 cup mushrooms sliced
  • ½ cup each of green and black olives
  • 1 jar good tomato sauce
Instructions
  1. Slice and fry onions, then mushrooms, then olives.
  2. Add sauce.
  3. Cook the pasta for 2 minutes and drain.
  4. Mix and enjoy!
