Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
But since we’ve someplace else to be,
Let it cease,
let it cease,
if you please.

Love it! Beautiful photos!
Wish we had snow here!
Stacia says
Wow! We got just a sprinkle of snow from this storm. Just enough to call this Christmas “white.” Safe (and warm!) travels.
Megan (Best of Fates) says
Gorgeous photos – I hope the snow didn’t stop you making it back home safely!

Snow is so war and cozy, and gives the perfect excuse to just lay around.
I love that.
Peaceful New Year to you!
Alexandra says
sorry….meant to say WARM not war…xo

Wow, it sure does look beautiful but I can only imagine the dilemma trying to get anywhere!
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas with your family. Happy New Year to you as well 🙂

What gorgeous photos, even if the weather that delivered them wasn’t wholly welcome. I think we live in one of the few parts of the world that didn’t have “extreme” weather over the weekend – and we had absolutely no place to go and might have enjoyed being snowbound. (Isn’t that always the way?)
By now, I hope that you are dug out and safely arrived at your next destination!
