I was so enchanted when I first saw our town, never imagining that there could be such charming provincial streets
or such a beautifully kept Mairie (town hall)
or such cute little nooks and crannies
or such pleasant residential streets, the french version of Wysteria Lane
or such narrow steps leading down to the willow tree-lined river Seine
or such old windmills built in the 12th -13th century that people have now made their home
all so close to La Defense
and therefore to Paris.

so lovely . . . so breathtaking . . . so beautiful . . . and YOU live there . . . wow . . .

Wow. I can’t even imagine living in the midst of such gorgeousness. How cool.

Have you found the old house in Paris, covered with vines?
ladyjennie says
In the 14th? I have seen one. We plan to cover our house with vigne vierge. It will finally have a beard after 80 years.
